restore laptop

i've got an acer laptop that i want 2 restore back 2 factory conditions i got discs with it but the discs came without a booklet does any1 have any idea what you do? thanks

What's written on the discs? One should be labelled Recovery Disk...and might say it will restore factory defaults. Mine did. Backup important data before doing anything. Putting disc in might show a menu and what the disc contents will do.

one says system recory dvd 1of 2 and the other system recovry dvd 2 of 2. when i put disc 1 in the auto play box pops up but from that point i ant got a clue what 2 do
