as above, can i put a sticker over the printed address and put a diff address instead??

the pre-paid reference will be how the post office machines direct the post I assume, not the written on address, and so it probably wouldn't work. you could use the envelope but you would need to put postage on it

I was going to say, that would actually be a kind of theft as the pre-paid licence holder would be paying for the delivery!

yes you can as long as you black out the return address on the front and back of the envelope and put a stamp on.
