i cant go into details but if someone lies about the fact they have had a miscarrige on a nighttime when she was dumped in the morning (a plot to emotionally blackmail a person to stay with them) and the father has asked to see her medical notes to prove it she says no
1...... can he legally ask to see them
2 ...............can he get a solicitor to write saying to leave him alone or the consequences will be.............. whatever they might be in a legal sense??

A third party is NOT permited to see these notes, usually.

This is not an uncommon ruse, sadly...............
However, unless the pregnancy was confirmed medically there will be NO medical notes to show a pregnancy existed in the first place.

1: No he cannot legally ask to see someone else's medical notes/files.
2: He can ask a solicitor to apply for an injunction to stop the woman contacting him but they are not always granted.

apparently she was rushed by ambulance to hospital then 3 weeks later a twin was left after the misscarrige and she had a termination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he is not tlegally allowed access the her medicl records unlesss he gives permission.

I'm afraid it sounds like the worst kind of manipulation.
I trust someone in your family has been badly hurt by these lies ?
All a Solicitor would do is take your money................even if you can prove to your own satisfaction that this story is a fabrication and establish that the girl IS a liar, will you be any further on ?

yes it is a family member who haS ben affected the girl is under a specialist apparently for breast cancer as well and has high white blood cell count

it was pretty good with the termination she dropped her kids to school has the op and was home in time to pick them up also!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it goes on and on we just want it to stop!!!!
would be a bonus if she admitted her lies but hey ho

The cancer story is probably suspect, too...........
She sounds a character to be avoided at all possible costs.

under the circumstances i think the best thing would be to hope it all goes away really would love to wipe the smile off her face though and expose her as a big fat liar!!!!! lol
