I increased the Text size so much that i have to use the arrows to read the screen.
The letters are too big, how do i get it back to normal ? ?

I assume that you mean in your browser (rather than on your desktop or in Word). If so, press Ctrl and 0 together to go back the default text size. (Ctrl with + makes things bigger. Ctrl with - makes them smaller).
