leasing problem

i have leased cctv equipment through finance company.at present needs repair and they dont seem to want any responsibilty.what rights do i have agrreement seems all in their favour.

JUST WRITE TO THEM SAYING THAT AT THE MOMENT YOU ARE NOT PAYING WHATEVER , BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING , BUT YOU DO HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY PUT BY FOR THEM WHEN THE SYSTEM IS RESTORED.Sorry for caps.

The responsibility for maintenance should be contained in the lease. End of story.
