can some one tell me how i print out an email
i have clicked to print
the paper goes through the printer
but it comes blank
if i print a photo it comes out ok

I cannot say why this is happenning but a get around will be to copy and paste the text into a word document.

have you got ink in your printer?

plenty ink in printer
put new c in
plus black
printed out a pic 6x4 no prob

1. With the email open high-light all that you want to print and press Ctrl & c keys together to copy.
2. Open Word and press Ctrl & v keys together to paste the script.
3. Now press Ctrl & p together to print.
