Our local newsagent was selling todays Mail on Sunday minus Supplement, the part containing the crossword which is mainly why I buy it. I bought it but didn't realise this part was missing until I got home, luckliy I live local. I returned thinking maybe I had just lifted an odd one but the shop assistant then said, they didn't arrive today! Do you think they should still be selling them, is this a breach of the trading standards, after all the paper costs £1.50 and why pay for half a paper, really bugged me! I was offered a refund!!

I think the word 'supplement' explains it all.Sorry :(
Well I got mine......do you want the clue to 7 down.....
mine was missing as well, did'nt notice till late this afternoon. where do you live Mary?, im in Bristol.

Dave.
not so long ago, the girl in our local newsagent refused to let customers have the supplements, because there was no bar code on them.
The supplemenets are just that and you can actually go into a newsagent and ask for one minus the paper -doesnt help you Mary tho.Just the same as the Bingo tickets etc.Its irritating though as they often quite good magazines.
