Honour killing...

I just cannot imagine anyone wanting to do this gruesome deed to a child he produced, assuminginly from a loving union,
She was born here, lived in a Western society, went to school here, had all of her friends here....her crime was, she was 'too' friendly with the boys of our culture, so her father, and I use the term loosely, decided to kill her then bury her in the family garden and after a while when the poor girl was missed by school and friends, put the body through a grinding machine !!!
He has been sentenced to 22 yrs for this heinous crime, these people were Turkish Muslims, do they really detest us that much? This is always a very emotive subject, and I expect I will be called racist and other stuff, I'm not !!! just look closer at the issue here, and why it is allowed to go unchecked

I know nothing at all about the Koran and its teachings Glenda, but I would think it would never decree this act to take place, it's barbaric!

the man must have known that this was possibe, he sent her to a state school and she got a free education within our state system, he must have realised she had to integrate with her school mates on a day to day basis, to give your child that sort of life and then when things like this happen to introduce a whole new set of rules does not ring true to me, i wonder at the real reason his actions were so drastic and so final.

I just find 'most ' on here to be more helpful, I didn't realise it was another Muslim who she was seeing, so they obviously hate eachothers differect sections in equal measure
