Whilst dishing out these £bns to far away countries has he not heard of the crisis occurring in Cockermouth and other flood stricken areas in the UK over the past few years? These problems would never have existed if government funding was made available to dredge our rivers, strengthen the river banks, more coastal defences etc. They need money, not to see it shipped overseas. Don't save the world, just save Britain!
