turkey pate

cooked the turkey.....want to make a pate with the contents of the plastic bag - ideas please?

fab pate.....after being cooked in bag inside turkey - got it out halfway thru cooking, shredded the liver, heart & garlic, mixed in chopped gherkins, pinch of paprika, lemon & zest incl cooked blood from bag. Placed all in lidded plastic box. Topped with crumbled pistachio, aspic from turkey & thinly sliced gherkin. Seasoned

Served with oven dried brown bread...........heavenly starter.
