At 5'8" and 130lbs, it seems to me that you are very slim and don't have a weight problem.
There is nothing wrong with snacking but it depends what you are snacking on. If it's crisps, sweets, biscuits, chocolate etc. change it for fruit. Or you could cut up various fruits - melon/pineapple/grapes/kiwi etc. making an interesting fruit salad and have a bowl of it when you fancy a snack.
Or you could make your own vegetable soup and have bowls of that or snack on raw vegetables.
