If you are a new user online is it true to leave your router plugged into the mains . Have been on the phone to their help line twice today. Last time 31 minutes so do not want to phone them again .
Do you leave your router plugged in ?

cazzz1975 I am worried that if i unplug the thing i will not get back online. There was a 45 minute wait for their helpline today ( 5pm )
