Can anyone remember a pop video form around 1983-84 (sorry !) with a load of twin girls nodding their heads in time to the music.

Or could it be either "Addicted to love" or the follow up "I didn't mean to turn you on" by Robert Palmer?

The first had two or three tall, gorgeous girls dressed the same (mini-skirts, stockings, tight tops, high heels, identical hair-dos) and the second had about eight or nine exactly the same!

Both were top ten in 1986.
