I'm cooking Spaghetti Bolognese - haven't had that in years !

Omg... It's just as well I'm not doing a big dinner, I didn't get my lazy rump out of bed til 12:20pm.

Cara... they're doing a come dine with me style programme here in the Costa Blanca. It's asking for English Ex pats to contact them, if they want to take part. So I guess it's being made for English TV.

Nope, don't have to put anything in with it, enough juices will come out the chicken as it's cooking.

(I have quartered a lemon and thrown that with some roughly crushed garlic in with mine, but thats it.)

Oz lamb shanks in gravy can be bought ready prepared in Tesco - just put pkt in microwave - delish; £2.99 ea.

OMG I have just caugh up with this thread!!! IT is funny though. I use the juices when it's cooked to make the gravy and I stick a lemon cut in half in the middle. Its yummy!!!! Going to try andmake some kind of broth soup with the carcus tonight

my mum's malay tambo and i'd go over for summer hols, usually stayed with my gran in pj untill she died then most of my other relatives are in and aroiund kl, but we'd go off all over the place.

Thanks Chuck. I've never cooked a chuck in the slow cooker before. I like the sound of it so I'll give it a go!
