Panic Button's question about "U" in Forty

I would just like to point out to Benny3008, "DOESENT" (short for does not), is spelt DOESN'T
sorry Ben, it's like a lot of the words in the English dictionary, how children are meant to understand the difference I don't know, having said that, I don't suppose you think about it when you are being taught as you don't question what the teacher tells you. It is just the same when it comes to, "Where do we come from?" You go to R.E. at school and they tell you that man came from God, i.e. Adam and Eve, then you go into your history class and they tell you that man came out of the sea. WHO are we supposed to believe? This question is going to put the cat among the pigeons and I can't wait to see the answers that come up.
