Is there any solid proof that copper wrist bracelets or armlets help ease the pain of arthritis? Ta Muchly.

Interesting that Shaney says "save your money and buy Glucosamine", with the price of Glucosamine I don't think woodelf would save much.
I told my doc I was trying Glucosamine for the old joints and he said not to waste my money as there was no scientific proof it works - although he did add that if I felt it was doing me good, then carry on, back to the placebo effect.
He suggested Omega 3.
"You pays your money and takes your choice" - innit tho!
How far advanced is your arthritis? I don't think copper wrist bands help at all but as Jake mentioned it depends on what you state of mind you are in. You need to think positively as much as you can. A positive state of mind can work wonders of how you feel etc etc.

There is a new treatment out which you can only go on if you are in the advanced stages of arthritis it reduces inflamation etc and is really good.
