java problems

good evening, hope some one has the answer. i am using cabos to download music tracks. but now when i open cabos, i get a pop up stating that it is unable to load java and to go to java website to fix. this i have done, well thought i had. downloaded the latest software, and cabos still will not load. i have cleared the history, cache, uninstalled cabos, java, shut down and re satarted the pc - still same pop up and problem. HELP PLEASE!

Do you do this downloading in a browser? Check browser security and advanced Java settings.
Try deleting all Java temp files. Do this by opening Control Panel Applet, and tab .. temp files .. delete.

hi thanks, have just tried that, full shut down, still pop up says 'unable to load java software'
have tried clearing bits from my kaspersky firewall as well. stuck now.
