hi, i have got a computer at home which i extremely slow. its a few years old now but when we first got it it was much quicker than it is now.. i have tried creating more memory but removing most of the installed software, i regularly defrag it etc but i was wondering whether there is something that you can do to make your computer quicker? I have a windows 95 pc, im not sure what other details you would need to know so if anybody can help and they need to know more then I can try to give you more info. I know this is quite a random question without much details but im just confused lol. Thanks a lot

Obviously if you do this then you will lose all of the data on there so it is important to back up all your data first such as music, photos & documents.
This is quite an extreme solution but will effectively make your pc factory fresh.
If you are feeling a little braver then you could try some of the programs on the market that try to speed up PC's by cleaning the windows registry and optomizing your PC. From personal experience though I would not bother though as unless you understand the changes you are making then things will no doubt go wrong.
One last thing, its important that you ensure your drivers for your graphics card etc are up to date as this will improve speed and stability.
