What's the film - with spider robot search drones

I'm getting senile.

I recently saw this sci fi movie with the main character being chased by the police into flats where he submerge himself into a bath tub of water to avoid detection by spider drones deployed by the police. The spider drones goes through every knooks and crannies to search him. Later the spider drones came to the bath where he was hiding and he was force out to breathe and the spider drone open his mouth to scan if it's him.

This is the only part of the movie I can remember, but can't recall what's the movie is called now.

Is it Surrogates, V For Vendetta, Minority Report, Jumper?

It rings many bells with me and I haven't seen three of those movies so I think it must be Minority Report.

Minority Report.It's when Tom Cruise's character is recovering from his eye operation.The drones search out body heat.

It is Minority Report after all. Here I was racking my head in to recall the name of the movie.
