what part of stir fries don't they like, the chinese flavours?

what about my english stir fry which i've thought up but never cooked. It might be possible in one pan but i'm not sure.

cubed potatoes, sauteed (might have to do seperately.) and stir fried veggies that you have left over (maybe apple in there aswell), and for the sauce, nothing chinese, add apple juice or cider and if its all going ot be a bit sweet, add a bit of lemon juice.

Its completely english and if you ribbon some of the veggies such as carots and cabbage, they'll look like the noodles in the stirfry and the potato, jsut another vegetable.

Fry some finely chopped onions and garlic in a little butter, add the pork and brown all over... pour in some double cream and turn the heat up... add a tsp of mustard, half a tsp of paprika and some salt and pepper. When the cream thickens and the pork is cooked serve with some rice or veg. Simples.

hope you have flour? Mix the vegs with pork and make cornish pasties or bigger cornish pie. Dont forget the bisto.
