i went in the sun yesterday for many hours without putting any spf on my face because i had forgotten, now my problem is that not only is it really red but on my cheeks i have these little bumps they do not hurt or anything im sure they are not blisters because there is no pus in them. i am just worried how it will look when the redness goes away especially not knowing what these bumps are..does anyone have any idea??

They are probably heat lumps, and should disappear in a day or two - leave them alone though!
