We have a de Longhi combination over (model AC930AMQ) which has worked perfectly well until tonight, we frequently use both convection and microwave functions with no problem. It's suddenly not heating up - it heated OH's baked beans fine at 4pm, come to heat our evening meals tonight and all we have is tepid dinners. I've looked in the little manual and all it mentions is that the extractor vents might be blocked - and they don't looked blocked to us, although they were a bit dusty. Any ideas from ABers who know about this sort of thing, please?

It sounds like the active device that generates microwave energy (the cavity magnetron) is kapput. Probably repairable by a service agent replacing the device, but it may not be economic to do so.
No ideas whatsoever but I hate delonghi! I had a useless espresso machine and the customer services were rude and unhelpful! Sorry, just had to say it when I saw that name.
Sorry, CF - didn't know there was another thread.
You know it really hacks me off when question-askers do this. Just a complete waste of time.
Most microwaves have a fuse inside of them......undo the back & change it.
