Another question about Anti Spyware

Thanks everyone for all your help regarding installing a free antivirus on my PC and laptop. Can you tell me if the free downloads comprise everything I will need to be completely secure ? I think I am getting a free anti virus with my new BT broadband. Is there anything else I will need, and can I download something with everything I need, for free ? I still haven't made up my mind which to use, so any further comments would be gratefully appreciated. Must do it tomorrow though !

There is a list of software, in the most popular / most frequently downloaded order and also you can read reviews from other people who have downloaded the
