best was beef stronganoff in a restaurant in watford
very close 1st was the steak at a manchester restaurant in st peters square,

the worst was chicken rogan josh at an indian restaurant in withington manchester, i could not eat any of it , just paid and walked out and i have been in some dumps in my time. but that one was the first where i could not eat anything it was hanging.

Curry in Spain....It tasted tough...It could have been horse or donkey....Didn't really enjoy it..

Best. On honeymoon in Amsterdam. It was Belgian week in the restaurants, I had moules molinaire & petit pois...gorgeous..

Worst. A Scottish couple we'd met invited us round for a meal. As me & the husband were going out to the pub for an hour, the wife was putting the steak under the grill...it was like eating pigswill!

Had fish & chips at Morrisons yesterday teatime....delicious....two meals + two drinks, for £7,50..can't beat it....

Best - Lobster thermedore (sp) in Thailand...

Worst - Went to Scotland with my Dad's mate and stayed at his Mums house. She made me fish fingers and chips....both raw. I lost a lot of weight on that trip. The last night he bought me a Chinese....just before I collapsed from starvation.

Best meal was in Florence celebrating Mrs M's birthday.

Worst was Chinese takeaway. The following week the public health people found a dismembered greyhound in their freezer.

Hot dogs in Finland - I am allergic to cheese and when I bit into one it oozed liquid cheese right through the middle - yeuk. Best - my mums egg and chips.
