For either Sea World (Orlando or San Diego)( I haven't been to the one in San Antonio) the chances of being less crowded are better before Memorial Day (end of May) or after Labor Day (end of August) since school is in session and most families tend to take vacations between those dates.  Additionally, Tuesday's through Thursday's are less busy.  Avoid  the week before or after July 4th, our Independence Day... lots of vactions planned around that holiday... The weather is actually more pleasant in those time frames as well... Welcome to the U.S.!

I went to the San Deigo one in September and I don't remember it being crowded, there was no problem getting a seat in all the shows.

We went in November about 3 years ago and it was perfect - absolutely no queues but not so quiet it felt deserted, the weather was in the 80's, the holiday was cheap - I would definitely do this again.  The only downside to going to Florida at this time of the year is the sun goes down around 6.30PM and its a tad cold in the mornings, but I would highly recommend it.

Have been in February and as long as its not spring week thats a good time to go.  Try the Kraken and go to the Sea Lion and Otter Show 15 minutes early for the pre show.
