Because either you're like me and don't like conflict. Or they are genuinely being petty, or if it's someone close to you they're griping at, it's OK for us to say it, but once we've shared it and people agree, we become defensive about the one's we love and wish we'd never said anything, cos they're not that bad (even though it drives us crazy) what gives them the right to comment? Ring any bells?
Because you are not a nasty, bitchy person and don't like ill feeling between your group? Don't change, would be my advice.
