Discretionary Trusts

Please can anyone confrim whether or not a Discretionary Trust can add other names of people after the person who set up the Trust has just died before theses names could be added.

It seems unlikely, but may depend on the precise circumstances.

The Trustees need to get solicitor's advice on this.
