What are my options

Earlier this year my ex had made made false allegations about me which resulted in a Non Molestation and Non Occupation Order I challenged this at the hearing and the judge made an order for documentary evidence to be filed in support of her allegations. Naturally their has been nothing filed and she is already a week past the Court Order deadline. I am now left wondering what my options are as I have further paperwork to submit in response. Is there some financial sanction I can invoke ? or just get the order discharged ? She really has caused me no end of grief.

Would speak to solicitor thats invovled with this already otherwise get advice from solicitor and get advised how to and what best for you and take it from that point onwards after being legally advised on current circumstances and anything additionally you ask
