All of them that I've used.
Most

tomtom go 530 and tomtom one for deffo
My husbands Tom Tom One does, but if my Navman does I havent noticed it.
But what's wrong with your speedometer jrtv?
It probably reads too high.
tom tom rider does too
TomTom One does. It also beeps when you exceed your pre-set limts.

What it doesn't do is tell that you have an unmarked police car sitting on your arrse whilst your on the motorway. It also doesn't explain to the officers why you were speeding. Which is a shame, because I had to rely on my wit and charm to weasle out of it.
go for tomtom and for your handy features ie bluetooth ect then you will pay more but for basic tomtom one, should get for under £100 and is just basic & very easy to use

Ewan. Satnav is handy for several reasons. It gives you accurate A-Z mapping of a town or city you may have never been to before. It gives you the ability to organise diversions on the fly without having to park up and get out a map. It also gives you information about things like cashpoints, food outlets etc; that you wouldn't have to hand otherwise. I have both a satnav and a road atlas, and I plan any long route prior to setting off. However it's always good to have options.

As for the can't read, I spent two years doing air cartography :)

Thanks guys, we deal with customers and one of them wanted a Sat Nav that tells the speed for some reason, nothing to do with parcels ( at least I don't think so )
