just leave it blank and your house name should come up in the list it displays. (if it doesn't your name is not registered at the post office)
Enter your postcode in the lower box,and then click "find address" and a multi choice box will appear, which should contain your house name.It worked with my house, which also has only a name.
As Chuck says,in the unlikely chance of your house name NOT appearing, then your house is not registered with Royal Mail(but this is very unlikely).
The problem here is that there are various property databases in use in the UK and not all companies use the Royal Mail one which is basically the Land Registries database, the largest property database in the world. I too have had the very same problem as i have recently moved into a new build and although the property has been registered with the Land Registry and i get my post ok when i have tried to buy things on line or most recently tried to get a cooker delivered by Comet my property details were not in their database. I would suggest either ringing or mailing Orange and explain your dilema to them.
Good luck!
can you put in the number that is should be so one neighbour could be 3 and the other 7, meaning yours would be 5?
