downloading own picture for avatar

Tried to download own picture from my photo gallery using Gravatar. It let me browse my gallery and i entered it as instructed, but it gave a oops, sorry, can't do it, They are looking into it. Has anyone else had this?

finally cracked it, i did the same as i did yesterday, and it went through the process. they must have fixed the problem.
