A few years ago my wife had swollen legs and ankles through water retention and a man at the Health Food shop recommended drinking Dandelion tea.
As kids, we used to call dandelions "Piddle Beds" as the are a diuretic.
They worked wonders for my wife and were dirt cheap, about 80 pence for 20 sachets at that time. Now £1.29 from Holland and Barrett.
