printer problems

can anyone help an octogenarian please i recently purchased an epson stylus sx 415 printer - it was o.k. at first now if i have more than one page it prints only the top one - the rest are blank - also it does not stop until it runs out of paper


i would be gratful for any help - thanks

Before you click print click on File (top left of page) click on Print Preview & when page opens make sure it shows (top of page) print 1 to however many, then once set click print. ( from another octogenarian) Ron.
