Paid this online last week, got email saying not gone thru, paid it again today and checked my account and it shows that my last payment has been taken out and they have taken this payment as well 300quid altogether, they should put the 2nd payment back into my account when i ask them to straight away shouldn't they? i paid both online at british gas. now my account is saying i am in credit of 150quid, i dont want to be in credit i want that money back into my account for other bills.
