Hi, i claim CTC and WTC jointly with my boyfriend, in sept last year he was declared bankrupt, i correctly informed everyone at the time. Im now trying to fill in the annual review forms, what im wondering about is do i need to include income he had prior to going bankrupt?

IIRC you are now filling in what was earned by both you and partner in the tax year to april 2010. So yes his earnings from april 09 to the declaration will need to be included.
The annual declaration must include the gross income for the whole of the 09-10 tax year for both of you. This includes his income both before & after he went bankrupt. The bankruptcy has no effect on it at all.
