I have been charged with Abusing a Position Of Trust, they have me as an accounts clerk the total is £3542.00, i was not an acc clerk, i take it this is the higher of the charge.
I have been offered a loan to pay the cash back but as i will be ordered to pay back any way seems that ile just be dragging someone else into it.
The responces seem to differ, with the charge what do you think.
I think you should swallow the medicine, dont drag anyone else down, and start doing things right. If it means a big fine, you get a job and work for it. If it means Jail, then think of what got you there in the first place. What drove you to steal in the first place?
Monkey, can you give an update please?
- Have/when are you in court?
- Why did you steal this amount? (if you don't wish to explain then ok but reason I ask is because most if not everyone that's posted would be interested to know)
- Have you had further legal advice? If so give details
