Anyone got a quick n easy recipe for Morroccan Lamb Tagine?

this is delicious but well worth doing the marinading the night before. I don't mind a bit of couscous but dont like too much so could do a bit of cous cous and a bit of rice - even basmati rice would be good. Also recommend a bit of naan bread or pitta bread with it. In Morocco we were large salad type starters before the tagine and then no rice etc, just some bread.
