Free software for monitoring monthly Broadband usage

I have a 5gb monthly broadband usage. Is there any free softare that allows me to monitor what is being used so I never go above my limits?

Isn't this based on the fair usage times? Or is it throughout the day?

I'm currently with Eclipse (recommended by Which? magazine) and they have a minimum 20GB limit (for �14.99) and 'fair usage' between 6pm - 12 limit, any other time it's unlimited.

But thanks for this question, even though I've got 30GB limit I'd like to know how much I'm using as I have to share my PC with 2 other people.
