Paypal account closed

They have closed my account cos of someone using it YEARS ago.
Oh well.....but
If I sell something on E bay and someone tries to pay with paypal,even if I say in the ad NO PAYPAL CASH/CHEQUE PO ONLY what happens if someone goes to pay with paypal.With the money go into my account(Even though they closed it,it still shows up)or will the buyer get a 'cannot pay into this account' type message?
Any help would be great

Hi,,yes the buyer will not be able to pay for anything from you using paypal.

i was under the impression E bay wont now allow buying / selling without a PAYPAL account...maybe wrong but i thought that rule was brought in a couple of years back.

Well,in theory I do have an account,Verified and it was all great till someone messed it up for me.Tried to reason with them but noooo.I suppose I will just have to wait and see what happens,to be honest the whole experience has put me off the E-Bay/Paypal selling theme.Just wish Amazom was a bit more flexible.!!!
