why does my scooter louse throttle action when i put weight on the back wheel?

starts good and easy revs fine but when i take it off the stand and got to set off it just lousing the throttle so its just like am not putting any revs on and it comes and goes.

How much do you weigh?
Sit as near to the front as you can

I got a spray from the vets (containing Acetylcholinesterase) to treat my dog - maybe something similar will work on your scooter louse.
Check the spark plug for whiskers first.
Then the air filter.
(I take it it's two-stroke?)
I would suspect a filter either fuel or air could be either
Could be a fuel problem .... water in the fuel can cause throttle probs when you apply a work load to it.
Try not to pull the choke out to far you could be flooding the engine.
