why does my scooter louse throttle action when i take it off the stand and set off?

its starts good but when ever i got to set off it's just like i am not putting any revs on but then I get burst of power coming every now and then. Thanks James...

why does my scooter louse throttle action when i put weight on the back wheel?

starts good and easy revs fine but when i take it off the stand and got to set off it just lousing the throttle so its just like am not putting any revs on and it comes and goes. thanks James...
