Where to hang wallpaper border

We've just hung wallpaper in our bedroom and have a beautiful Egyptian themed border to up next. Only thing is we're not sure where it would be best, either about 6 inches from the top of the wall, or above our bed. Any ideas?

The higher the ceiling, the lower (and wider) it should be.
Centre about 300mm down for 2.4M ceiling height. That's quite a high ceiling.
Or Dado height (try centre line exactly on half wall height)
