No official lists of qualifications, I don't think.
I would hazard a quess at what a company would require tho ...
Knowledge and familiarity with all major building trades, including electrical and wiring systems, plumbing and heating systems, carpentry, paint finishes, gardening/grass cutting, and cleaning out urinals, fag smokers ashtrays, etc.

thanx AlBags. Its for a Tribunal; the employer made him redundant after 5y as they say he wasn't qualified.
