Wouldn`t have thought it would hurt. It`s not acidic and they recommend peppermint tea to calm the intestines

Yes, absolutely and it is good for anyone with IBS as well.

Make your tea with peppermint and nettle teabags, works even better as the nettle seems to calm inflammation
