My nails have stopped growing so about 2-3 months I began to take Hollands & Barrats herbal tablets to help them grow alas there is no difference. Anybody any ideas as to what I could do or buy. Thanks

I find when I eat alot of cheese/dairy produce my nails grow very fast..

thanks supersuezy dont like cheese and if I did I could not take it for weight purposes. Am too heavy as it is.

What about Perfectil, that is supposed to be good for your hair and nails. I know Boots do a similar vitamin supplement that is not as dear as Perfectil..

I have found that using small amounts of ordinary Vaseline rubbed into the nails and hands like moisturiser,really seems to strengthen my nails (and make them grow) and soften my hands. I do stress small amounts at a time though ;-)
