I've never been into a Waitrose in my life! - everything is fresh and homemade - meat from the farm, also the flour and some dairy, cheese and continental meats from the Wine and cheese deli or Pong, veg and fruit from polytunnel and garden

Rib eye
Fruit flan

and a pint of Rose.

sorry I was making a cheese butty, I don't understand what you meant and you sounded annoyed when I asked about cost and where you buy it, seemed a reasonable enough question at that time but now I have read your answers I see it is a fantasy menu thing going on that others join in with and kid along as well.

I'm sorry if I came across as annoyed - I've taken a lot ot stick for my menus, and its only that i'm trying to help people try something different or jog their memories into eating something they've forgotten they liked!

I can't cost things as I get my meat from our farm, also chicken geese ducks and game in season. I grow lots of fruit and veg and have a poly tunnel in a friends field for soft fruits and things like peppers, courgettes etc. i bake all my own bread and cakes, biscuits and pies
Rest assured that i cook at least one starter, main course and pud from the menu i put up everyday, and sometimes more if my husband springs it on me that he's bringing people home for dinner
Bigfoot try Sterimar nasal spray for your sinus. Its filtered sterile sea water, you squirt it up your nose and it rinses out all the crud. totally painless, soothing if its sore and it works a treat.
