Why can't I get my desktop picture to show? I go to the Control Panel, press 'Display', then on to 'Desktop..It shows my picture, I press OK but my screen remains blank..It's driving me crazy...Please help!!

To get my Desktop picture to show all I have to do is right click mouse on the taskbar at foot of screen and popup indicates 'show Desktop'
