I have £1,300 now and I want to put into high risk account - NOT STOCKS AND SHARES - where shall I put it.

Give it to me - there is a high risk you will never see any of it again.

You would be lucky to find anyone else offering a higher risk.

£1300 is not enough for high risk. Try premium bonds - there is a high risk you'll win nowt, but you'll still have your £1300.

Nationwide are offering a bond at 4.05%, if England win the world cup they will add another .50% to the rate.
