I hope we continue to show our patriotism. We should love our country all the time, not just when

I live in Lincs so we are surrounded by the RAF so the parade consisted or mainly RAF personnel plus veterans with their medals gleaming in the sunshine, and the Air Cadets with the RAF band from the local RAF college. It was fantastic, with the Union Flags waving and everybody cheering. It made me proud to be British nevermind English

Since Martin Johnson's England team won the Rugby World cup we have been well and truly thumped by the Southern Hemisphere teams but every one of those players have given their all with pride for the nation and the three Lions epitomised by Joe Worsley striding back on the pitch head stitched and bandaged - players so exhausted they could drop.
They don't earn the mega bucks of our football world cup squad but the passion and pride they play with so as not to disgrace the shirt and what it represents was non existent today
