All my Freeview Channels are find except Film 4 which keep breaking up into squares. Does anyone else have this trouble or know whY? What is the remedy?
Signal strength or packet quality.
Main transmitter power reduction, antenna alignment or quality.
Fit better antenna like a high-gain triax 32 (52 if fringe area)
Use mast head amp .. good quality one like Televes/Wolsey/Triax
I find I have to change the position of my box sometimes from one day to another. I only watch it in bed but I can't pick up ITV1, ITV2 and ITV3. I've tried re-installing it but no go.
I get broken up squares too and find if I just move the box and then back off from it veeerrryyy carefully it works, (most times).
As Albags has indicated, the problem is related to insufficient signal strength. For an explanation of why only one channel is affected, and only at this time, please see my post here:

It's worth remembering that, in areas where the switchover to digital isn't yet complete, all Freeview transmitters are currently operating at reduced power in order to avoid interference to analogue transmissions.
Multiplexes are often transmitted using different arrays (with different amplifiers/power) on the SAME main transmitter.
Just because you get one multiplex (channel package) does not mean you will get the others.
we get pixellating interference from France quite regularly especially on ITV3 and 4. Someone said it's because they've gone digital and we haven't yet - don't know if that's true.
